- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bar pan, bake the Cherries for 25-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cool the Cherries in the refrigerator or freezer.
- On each Crepe, spread a Tbsp. of Sweet Cheese and spoon 2 Tbsp. or so of Cherries onto the cheese.
- You can serve these Crepes rolled up, folded, or just flat on a plate.
