4 Tbsp. plain Goat Yogurt
4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise (I use 365 Brand from Whole Foods)
1 Tbsp. (or more if desired) dried Dill
Salt & Pepper to taste (start with a pinch and add more as desired)
1/2 tsp. dried Oregano
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Onion powder
1 pinch Celery Seed
1 tsp. finely minced Red Onion (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. finely shredded Carrot (optional)
- Combine Yogurt and Mayonnaise in a small bowl and stir.
- Add spices and mix thoroughly.
- Add Onion and Carrot if desired and mix.
- This dip tastes best when it is made ahead of time and sits in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Serve with veggie or crackers.
